1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At OCS Moissanite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.


Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. You can request a refund or Exchange within 7 days post-delivery. If 10 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a day or two.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We accept product returns & Exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • Mismatched Products: If the received product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website, you may request an exchange on contact

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return, Exchange & Refund

Please note that we do not offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Misuse or Mishandling: Products that have been mishandled, damaged due to improper use, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Misleading Information: If we find any misleading information regarding your order, we reserve the right to reject your cancellation request.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made or personalized Stones orders, including modifications to our standard products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Cancellation Timeframe: In order to cancel an order, we must be contacted once, within 24 hours of the order being placed. contact us on or call us
  • Restocking/Processing Fee: If further work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.

Loose Stone Orders

Once you place the loose Diamonds Or Moissanite order from OCS Glamour store (whether it’s listed or custom-cut order, certified or non-certified), it is not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition, as we provide all the details, including photos or videos of the finished item before shipment.

Return Process 

1.0 Initiating a Return: To return your product, you must contact us once email: Within 7 Days Post Delivery. Once your return order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back within 5 days after OCS Glamour’s approval according to the provided instructions.

Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us for the same.

2.0 Follow Our Process: You must follow our return process; otherwise, if any issues occur with your order, we will not be responsible.

3.0 Parcel Responsibility: While you return your jewelry, we are not responsible if your parcel is lost or held by the customs department.

4.0 Shipping terms:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
